There are two things that I have always enjoyed - listening to people and puzzles. Fortunately, being a coach gives me the opportunity to work with both of these.

I get to listen as you share your challenges, hopes and dreams & then work with you as we figure out where the missing pieces are.

I've worked hard to hone my skills over the years, from gaining first class honours in my undergrad BSc (Hons) Psychology degree, to taking expert health & nutrition coaching courses. I'm currently undertaking a Professional Doctorate Programme in Occupational Health, Psychology & Management. 

My passion is helping people become the best version of themselves while pursuing the kind of life they actually want.... one with abundant success, health, and happiness. 

My work is based on an expert understanding of psychology and human behaviour. Yes, I am calm and positive ... but I am also fully able to spot when your thinking is getting in your way, challenge when needed and hold you accountable for achieving your goals.
